Energy Drink Original
Alertness, Focus, Energy
Helps increase alertness and concentration; the B vitamins help reduce tiredness.
Energy Drink Original
Red Bull Energy Drink Original is a carbonated energy drink containing caffeine, taurine, B vitamins and sugar. The familiar ready-to-drink can requires no mixing and can be enjoyed chilled. Check the size you choose because the manufacturer lists several can formats, each containing a different total amount when the volume changes.
A 250ml can currently contains 80mg caffeine and 27g sugars. The B-group vitamins contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The sugar also contributes calories, so the original drink is different from the Sugarfree version even though both contain caffeine. Compare the nutrition per whole can rather than assuming every energy drink has the same serving size.
Think about your caffeine intake across the day, including coffee, tea, pre-workout powders and other energy drinks. Avoid combining products without checking the total ingredients. This is not a substitute for water during training, sufficient rest or regular meals. Caffeinated energy drinks are not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women; follow the can warnings. If you prefer to avoid sugar, compare the separate Sugarfree product. If you want to avoid caffeine as well, choose a different type of drink rather than assuming a sugar-free label removes stimulants.
