Its generous capacity suits gym sessions, work and travel, especially when you would rather carry one large bottle than repeatedly refill a smaller one. The matte black design also sits comfortably alongside your usual training kit.

The jug is made from BPA-free PETG plastic and includes a side handle to help you hold it while drinking. A screw cap closes the main opening, while a separate drinking tab lets you take a drink without removing the whole lid. That is a useful detail between sets, when quick access matters and loose bottle caps are easily misplaced.

Use it for cold drinking water and make regular drinks part of your routine. It is a water container rather than a supplement, so there are no stimulants, powders or added ingredients involved.
