We have a fully equipped gym for you to enjoy 7 days a week

MAIN GYM

The main gym within the club contains both pin select and plate load resistance machines and a full complement of programmeable cardio-vascular machines with digital TV throughout.

FREE WEIGHTS ROOM

Offering a full range of pro dumbells, pro fixed barbells and olympic discs and barbells from Marcy and Hammer Strength. Also equipped with a set of Kettlebells.

GROUP TRAINING

Offering group training to suit everyone including low impact aerobics, boxercise and legs, bums & tums. 

BOXING / MMA

Fully equipped with a MMA mat, Boxing Ring and a variety of bags, strike shields and equipment for Boxing and MMA conditioning.

SUPPLEMENT STORE

Offering a wide range of performance, body building and weight loss supplements by BSN, Dymatize, MET Rx, LA Muscle, Legal Gear and Others from stock. We also stock boxing, martial arts and gym accessories.

CHANGING ROOMS

Both male and female changing facilities are equipped with lockers, power showers and hair driers.

CAR PARKING

Plenty of free, well lit car parking. We also have a covered bike rack.
